By clenching the muscle for half a minute, we help the body to resolve this spasm and relax. It is rare when the body "copes" with it in a shorter period of time, and also rarely, when more time is needed and a repetition of the exercise is required.

Actually, this is the work of "reverse" techniques, when we return to the initial point that caused the tension, and temporarily increase the spasm, bringing the situation to the point of absurdity, thereby pushing the body to resolve it.
30 seconds is an empirically calculated time that the body needs to "extricate itself" from the block of problems on its own, get out of the state of spasm and produce an effect in the form of relaxation.

Usually, during the execution of the technique, there is a feeling of the appearance of freedom of movement. In this case, slightly push the fabrics, applying gentle pressure (no more than 10 grams), as if squeezing them.

Keeping a time of 30 seconds refers only to techniques for relieving muscle hypertonicity.

By its nature, the fascia is plastic and, if properly worked with it, lends itself to stretching: this must be done very slowly and gently, with the feeling that an elastic band is being pulled out under the fingers.

✔ Pre-tension
Pre-tensioning is a preliminary step to many techniques. This is the primary tension of tissues towards each other or in opposite directions to the first stop and maintaining the level of this tension until the start of the reaction to relax the muscle, that is, reaching the release.

Fixation
The fixation is the final touch of the exercise, which is the stopping of the hands in the correct position for 2-5 seconds. Fixation is necessary to stabilize the results so that the muscle (or tissue) remembers its new position.


When performing many exercises related to the work according to the rule of "30 seconds", the force of clamping of tissues should be minimal. Techniques for removing hypertonicity from facial muscles do not work directly with the muscles, but with their tensions at the level of the ascial membranes.

■ Place one hand under the back of the head and the other on the forehead.

■ Simultaneously assist the movement of the forehead tissues with an auxiliary hand on the back of the head, guiding the aponeurosis downward. Stretch your heels away from you, imagining how this movement is helping to raise your eyebrows.
In the same way, without getting out of bed, you will be able to work with your face further.

Revitonica for eyes

An increase in the orbit at the inner corner of the eye.

Execution technique:
Perform the technique on each eye separately, starting with the left.

■ Make a V on your left index and middle finger. Point your palm with the outside towards your face. Place your middle finger on the outer corner of your eyebrow and your index finger on the outer corner of your eye.
■ Place your right index finger under the inner point of your eyebrow and your middle finger under the inner corner of your eye.
■ Imagine that the pupil of the eye is the center of the resulting rectangle. With the corners of this rectangle, try to expand the orbit of the eye evenly relative to the pupil.

Expansion of the orbits of the eyes

The effect:

Execution technique:

■ Make your index and middle fingers in a "V" shape. Point your palms with the outside towards your face.
■ Place your middle fingers on the upper bone of the orbits of the eyes, index fingers on the lower. Resting your finger bones into the orbit, bring the spacers all the way to the bridge of the nose. Wait 20-30 seconds.
■ Then move the "spacers" in the opposite direction - to the periphery. Squint your eyes as you move, resisting your fingers.
Move in intermittent dashed movements towards the temples. Your fingers should not pull on the skin.
■ Open your eyes with your fingers. Hold the position for about 10 seconds.
■ Without changing the position of your hands, move your eyes around the entire circle, starting from the top. Lift your eyes up, as if looking under the crown of your head, and hold until you feel that the view begins to increase, you begin to see around you that which was not previously in sight.
■ Looking down, look as if deep into the body, slightly lowering the lower orbit of the eye, follow its relaxation. Don't overdo it.
■ After the downward movement has ended, fix your gaze downward and again turn your eyes upward as far as possible. The fabrics are in place, they do not stretch when you look.
■ Direct your gaze to the left, squinting your eyes as far as possible, moving them along the outer semicircle.
■ Repeat on the left side.
■ Finally, expand the orbits of the eyes as much as possible without removing the "spacers" from them.

Execution technique:

Execution technique:

■ We carry out on each half of the face separately.
■ We pinch the outer edge of the left nostril with the index and thumb of the right hand. We place the index finger of the left hand at the inner corner of the left eye, at the beginning of the muscle that lifts the wing of the nose.

1. Place your palms on your cheeks. The fingers are located from the chin to the outer edge of the eye. The palms are tightly pressed against the jaw angle and the entire jaw arch.
2. Pull the lower jaw slightly forward and slightly upward, following the already existing deformation, strengthening it. Hold the position for 30 seconds. The load force should not exceed 5-10 grams.
Gently return the lower jaw to its original position and push it as far back as possible until it stops, fixing it for 5-10 seconds.

■ The third option for performing the Scream exercise is suitable for all types of biomechanical aging and is performed with the mouth closed (Fig. 2):
Place your hands on your cheeks from the corner of the jaw to the inner corner of the eye, covering the chewing muscle with your palms. Press the base of the palms firmly to the lower jaw, to the beginning of the chewing muscle. The fingertips touch the eyelid-cheek border.
Hold this position for a few minutes. DO NOT press with your palms, the skin of your hands should stick to the muscle.

By clenching the muscle for half a minute, we help the body to resolve this spasm and relax. It is rare when the body "copes" with it in a shorter period of time, and also rarely, when more time is needed and a repetition of the exercise is required.

Actually, this is the work of "reverse" techniques, when we return to the initial point that caused the tension, and temporarily increase the spasm, bringing the situation to the point of absurdity, thereby pushing the body to resolve it.
30 seconds is an empirically calculated time that the body needs to "extricate itself" from the block of problems on its own, get out of the state of spasm and produce an effect in the form of relaxation.

Usually, during the execution of the technique, there is a feeling of the appearance of freedom of movement. In this case, slightly push the fabrics, applying gentle pressure (no more than 10 grams), as if squeezing them.

By its nature, the fascia is plastic and, if properly worked with it, lends itself to stretching: this must be done very slowly and gently, with the feeling that an elastic band is being pulled out under the fingers.

✔ Pre-tension
Pre-tension is a preliminary step to many techniques. This is the primary tension of tissues towards each other or in opposite directions to the first stop and maintaining the level of this tension until the start of the reaction to relax the muscle, that is, the release is achieved.

Fixation
The fixation is the final touch of the exercise, which is the stopping of the hands in the correct position for 2-5 seconds. Fixation is necessary to stabilize the results so that the muscle (or tissue) remembers its new position.


When performing many exercises related to the work according to the rule of "30 seconds", the force of tissue clamping should be minimal. Techniques for removing hypertonicity from facial muscles do not work directly with the muscles, but with their tensions at the level of the ascial membranes.

■ Open your eyes with your fingers. Hold the position for about 10 seconds.
■ Without changing the position of your hands, move your eyes around the entire circle, starting from the top. Lift your eyes up, as if looking under the crown of the head, and hold until you feel that the view begins to increase, you begin to see around you that which was not previously in sight.
■ Looking down, look as if deep into the body, slightly lowering the lower orbit of the eye, follow its relaxation. Don't overdo it.
■ After the downward movement has ended, fix your gaze downward and again turn your eyes upward as far as possible. The fabrics are in place, they do not stretch when you look.
■ Direct your gaze to the left, squinting your eyes as far as possible, moving them along the outer semicircle.
■ Repeat on the left side.
