The composition of the team participating in the championship consists of seven people: five "attack aircraft" and two "sniper". Last year, Alfovtsy, who shot from the T-5000 Orsis, became world champions in Hungary, defeating competitors in a very tough and uncompromising struggle.

Increased endurance

Most exercises of the 2013 tournament were associated with increased endurance and power training. Many accelerated movements with a position to position and subsequent combat shooting.

One of the most difficult, in terms of physical endurance, became the so-called royal marathon. Its essence lies in the fact that the team in full equipment needs to overcome ten kilometers of complex rough terrain - the desert, a quarry. Sometimes, to reach the firing position, it was necessary to climb the mountains.

At each of the stages, one of the participants should be perfectly shooting out of M4, then from the Colt 45 pistol. Shot as a strong and weak hand. Naturally, it represents a certain difficulty, as the caliber is decent enough, the return is strong. Yes, and shoot something on run!

- Accidentally or not, - says the colonel of the management of the "A" center of the special purpose of the FSB of Russia Sergey Vasilenko, - but most exercises this year was associated with increased endurance and power training. Well, and with the Chinese in this part it was almost useless to compete. Why? For one reason: we are veterans, they are all valid. In the Chinese, the average age of the participants was twenty-three years, we have forty-four. Snieper has already fulfilled half ateen ...

However, we have shown the class! At a 10-kilometer distance passing through the mountains, they were simply not angry. We ran in 1 hour 10 minutes, they are forty-two minutes! What they did: to the detriment of shooting, in the case of misses, the fighter simply threw the weapons and ran the penalty circles, compensating for the speed and endurance of failures in shooting and tactics. Someone jokingly called the Chinese "robots".

... Counting the results of the exercise was carried out not in terms of performance, accuracy of hips, and in time, for which the commands performed the exercise. Some unhealthy attention was paid to safety technician. Already from the start began some "misunderstandings" with the Russian team. Randomly or not, but on a running distance, someone "confused" routes, and our excess kilometer had to run! Despite the debut, the Russians were able to immediately conquer confidence and authority. Representatives of all other units stretched to them.

Major Taras Shevchenko says:

- We had the assault with the liberation of the building in the four floors, from where the "wounded" will have to be taken out. On all floors - the goals for which you need to work by combat cartridges. Himself "wounded" ... This is a 90-kilogram something with a constantly changing center of gravity. To carry it, according to the rules, you can only on yourself. We had a fighter in the team took him to himself and ran the order of eight hundred meters, and we covered it with a tactical group.

Sniper exercises were one of the most difficult. In the conditions of absolute unknownness of the target setting, the second number was necessary in two minutes to detect the goals and issue all the necessary information to the first number. According to the veterans of the special forces, they did not see anything special about the tactics and work out of some tasks in Jordan. But it was nice to struck the material base and the opportunities that she opened to work out various situations. Summing up the royal tournament, Colonel "Alfa" Sergey Vasilenko gives such an assessment:

- I think that if we would bring the existing unit to these competitions: "Alpha", Vympel, "Vityaz" - any of these divisions would be guaranteed first place! However, all attempts to achieve justice were in vain. The protest was rejected. Motivation? She shakes: Under the conditions of competitions, photos and video cinema-documentation is not proof! The criterion is only the opinion of judges.
Faced with such a frank rudeness, the head of our team asked to bring affected targets - then everything will be obvious! An hour later, he was reported that the target ... destroyed!

The guys were outraged and depressed at the same time. Contact management in Moscow, they say: collect things and - home! And then the Alfa officers, gathering and discussed the situation, decided to stay. From principle! Alpha is not used to retreat. Employees as they told later they remembered our heroic ancestors, about the "Genu of the Winner".
