MORNING GYMNASTICS FOR CHILDREN 2-3 YEARS OLD

A two-year-old child is very active, trying to do everything on his own. The intensive development of brain functions continues, memory improves, imagination develops. Based on the verbal description, the child can already create an image, reproduce it in play, drawing, movement. Motor activity becomes more complicated. At the age of three with children, you need to continue to systematically carry out morning exercises.

In the introductory part, walking is given, then running.

The duration of the run increases to 10 seconds, with a gradual deceleration. In the final part, after general developmental exercises, instead of running, jumps (6-8 times) are performed on two legs in place, then walking and jumping again. The duration of morning exercises is 5-6 minutes.

The complexes consist of 3-4 exercises.
