The festival is held during the May holidays at the Mountain Resort "Rose Khutor". You are waiting for a saturated program of events: running competitions, meetings with interesting people, cognitive lectures, sporting goods fair and new acquaintances!

May 4 - Rosa Peak Challenge
Run to Mount Peak - "Vertical Kilometer". Participants have 60 minutes to climb as high as possible, they are waiting for ice and snow, which add the track of complexity.
May 5 - Rosa Quest
Team race with tasks. All participants will be divided into teams randomly, as one of the goals of this race - new acquaintances among the runners. Following the route specified on the map, commands will have for the allotted time limit to go through all the points with tasks and score as many points as possible.
May 6 - Rosa Carnival
Costume ride 5 km for runners of any level of preparation and age. At the start - the whole family and companies of friends. Prizes are given for the best suit, so the participants will need to show fantasy. 
May 7 - Rosa 777 and Rosa 7

Let's start with the most frequently asked question: how was the idea of \u200b\u200bthe festival born and turned into a successful project?
- In fact, not the most frequent, I only ask him for the second time. Rather, the answer itself is a banal. We have a friend and project partner - Yura Kolobov (owner of the Yuma Holding: Gopro, Oakley, Hoka One One - approx.) - So, he, with his companion, ran over the serpentine in Rose, and at some point I realized that it was an excellent story: run down 7 kilometers away, run up 7 more and descend 7 kilometers - just a half-marathon. So, with small steps, we came to the fact that the key event of a large project should be exactly such a race of this format - Rosa777, or "three seven". By the way, initially we called Rosa Tripleseven, but the Russian name was stuck. And then we began to conjure over the whole festival: the resort itself is very cool, with a developed infrastructure, crazy beauty, mountains, forests - you are in shorts and T-shirt, and, rising in the mountains, right there are in the snow ...
We wanted to attract even more people here, but since for the sake of one half-marathon on the May holidays here a lot of people hardly come, it was necessary to come up with something else.
So we began to select different formats: they made the first and fourth day key from the point of view of sports - these are two rather complicated "vertical kilometer" and Rosa777, as well as a satellite-satellite rosa7. Between them, our participants should not only relax, but also have fun: to solve the quest, run the carnival. And it so happened that this palette was our bright Rosa Run festival, which we spend the second time.
And with what difficulties you inevitably come across, and, maybe you still encounter?
The first year is always the most difficult in any project. Because you start working with scratch. For the second year, we were already working easier, because we already knew the infrastructure, agreed on everything with the administration. But taking into account the fact that the number of people is growing, then each start for us by 80% is new. We understand that every year traffic will increase, and it will require even more efforts to organize everything as safe as possible, high quality, and so that everyone enjoyed.
Competitions pass in the mountains - this is also an additional load. The base camp we have on the plateau rose, the start is downstairs, in Rosa Valley, so we overcome all these days with the first seven-marata (laughs).
And in terms of logistics, how comfortable? Drive, provide participants with everything necessary ...
It seems to me, convenient, because Rosa Run is not the only festival for us in Sochi, we are in principle we live 50% here, 50% in Moscow, because there are still IronStar competitions. Part of the fixed assets are already here here, and something we bring, logistics, starting packages. We have already adapted. When everything is organized - everything is quite comfortable.
How big is the Rosa Run team?
We have a team of the so-called "FulTarthimers" (from English. Full Time is all the time, full-time - approx. Auto) who work 24/7 in the project - this is seven people, by the end of the year we will be already nine. There is a team of Team leaders - about 12 more people are our assistants, the right-left hand, which are connected during the start, and they guide the big bullfight of volunteers in different segments - on Rosa Run we have 150 people. We placed 50% of them in the hotel, and they lived with us here all four days. And another 50% came today to help us on the semi-maraphon, the key event of all Rosa Run.
What is the main secret of such a coherent job?
The main secret is that the whole team is not indifferent to what it does. For us, this is not just a job, we live with it and emotionally worried about when something does not work. We are waiting for the final moment when all the energy spent during preparation returns to us from participants in the form of smiles and hugs. And we understand that we create something beautiful, teach people to sports, help them become a hero for themselves, for their family and friends. And it is very inspiring us.
ROSA RUN will have to do not only athletes?
We come to families. According to statistics, each participant brings with you 3-4 fans - these are family members, friends. And it is very cool when there is support, I want to achieve super-fine results.
By 2020, we hope that the festival in traffic will be able to grow up to 4-5 thousand participants - this is a very large amount for such a small location. And we want him to become truly international to have an increase in foreign participants. Rose Farm is an excellent example of how in Russia everything can look high quality, premium, safely. I think that this festival should be a key event in Russia, since it is the only four-day festival with unusual formats, especially the Rosa777 half-marathon.
Many noted that the festival itself turned out to be very bright and stylish! Where did all these ideas from symbolism appear in design, concepts, even the atmosphere itself?
We have a very strong head of the Merchandising department - in close work with several designers, they "packaged" festival, worked out paints, thought out medals.
This is a very painstaking job in order to make the festival "delicious." In my opinion, this year the medals were an order of magnitude better than last year - we ourselves lick when we look like others run, I want to break down and run away to get all the medals and fold the mountain range from them.
Are you on someone equal as a festival? Are there any foreign projects that inspire you?
We tried to take the most interesting formats from around the world, as they wanted to make a festival diverse. We exactly wanted to be a carnival - there is such a format in France, 400 people participate in it, it is always emotional and memorable. Participants are changed, do it in good faith, inventing stunning costumes. You think more than once, how can you come to mind?! But completely we still do not repeat any project. Perhaps the formats will be added or change, but we will focus on the demand of the market, that is, that it will be interesting to people. Some smooth distances already becomes boring to run, and now we have everything that may give unforgettable emotions. Let us hope that in Russia we will be able to stay a unique project for a long time.
Do not you plan to change something radically?
The festival will still remain the only one in the year, although we offer to make something similar to the autumn. But, in my opinion, such a big event that can come to the whole family, spend money to stay at the hotel for 4-5 days - it should be one. Well, all our participants who are tired of just running, we always offer to register on our triathlon of Iron Star and have already to try not one element. By the way, we have such participants a lot, I mean those who take part in Triathlon and in cross-country events.
What would you say to those who still doubt where to run on May next year?
When we spent a survey last year, 100% of our participants said that they would recommend the festival to their friends, 99.8% - they said that they would return next year (the rest of 0.2%, probably, just upset that they did not occupy prizes ). On the one hand, I myself can say anything, because I am in love with this project, but our participants, if they choose and vote for bringing to Rosa Run again - it should be a weighty argument to try. If you look at our ribbon on social networks, which our beautiful spokesman for Alexander Zakharova leads, then you immediately understand how we are great, how fun to repeat it and experience yourself!
