32. The composition of the jury of all stages of the Olympiad is formed from among pedagogical, scientific and pedagogical workers, managing employees of educational organizations, graduate students, residents, assistants - interns, as well as specialists in the field of knowledge corresponding to the subject of the Olympiad, and is approved by the organizer of the Olympiad of the relevant stage of the Olympics.

33. The composition of the jury of all stages of the Olympics should vary at least on the fifth of the total number of members at least once every five years.

34. The main principles of the Olympiad Central Organizing Committee of the Olympiad, Central Commission Commissions of the Olympiad, the jury of all stages of the Olympiad are competence, objectivity, publicity, as well as compliance with the norms of professional ethics.

III. School Stage Olympics

38. Participants in the school stage of the Olympiad are entitled to fulfill the Olympiad tasks designed for older classes in relation to those in which they are trained. In case of passage to the next stages of the Olympiad, these participants perform the Olympiad tasks developed for the class they chose at the school stage of the Olympiad.

39. The organizer of the school stage of the Olympics:

forms the Organizing Committee of the School Stage of the Olympics and approves its composition;

forms the jury of the school stage of the Olympiad for each general education subject and approves their compositions;

forms municipal objective commissions of the Olympics and approves their compositions;

approves the requirements for the organization and conduct of the school stage of the Olympics for each general educational subject, which determine the principles of compiling the competitions and the formation of kits of the Olympiad tasks, a description of the necessary logistical support for the fulfillment of olympics, a list of reference materials, means of communication and electronic computing equipment allowed for use during the Olympics, criteria and methods of estimation of completed competitions, the procedure for registration of participants of the Olympiad, the showing of the Olympiad works, as well as the consideration of the appeals of the participants of the Olympiad;

provides the storage of olympiad tasks for each general educational subject for the school stage of the Olympics, is carried out by the legislation

in advance informs the leaders of organizations engaged in educational activities on educational programs of the initial general, basic general and secondary general education, located on the territory of the relevant municipality, students and their parents (legal representatives) about the timing and places of the school stage of the Olympiad for each general educational subject, and also on the present order and approved requirements for the organization and conduct of the school stage of the Olympiad for each general educational subject;

defines the quotas of winners and the medalists of the school stage of the Olympiad for each general educational subject;

approves the results of the school stage of the Olympiad for each general educational subject (the ranking of the winners and the ranking of the wishers of the school stage of the Olympiad) and publishes them on their official website in the Internet network, including the School Stage Protocols of the Olympics for each general educational subject.

40. Organizing Committee of the School Stage of the Olympics:

determines the organizational and technological model for the school stage of the Olympics;

42. Municipal subject-methodical commissions of the Olympiad:

develop the requirements for the organization and holding of the school stage of the Olympiad, taking into account the methodological recommendations prepared by the Central Subjective Commissions of the Olympiad;

43. The compositions of the municipal subject-methodical commissions of the Olympiad are formed from among pedagogical, scientific and pedagogical workers.

IV. Conducting the municipal stage of the Olympics

44. The municipal stage of the Olympiad is held according to the regional subjects developed by the regional subject and methodological commissions on which the Olympiad is held (hereinafter referred to as regional objective commissions of the Olympiad), assignments based on the content of educational programs of the main and secondary general education of the in-depth level and the corresponding orientation (Profile), for 7 - 11 classes.

Specific venues of the municipal stage of the Olympiad for each general education subject establishes the local government authority, which carries out management in the field of education.

47. The winners and prize-winners of the municipal stage of the previous year have the right to fulfill the Olympiad tasks developed for older classes in relation to those in which they are trained. 48. Organizator of the Municipal Stage of the Olympics:

sets the number of points for each general educational subject and class necessary to participate in the municipal stage of the Olympiad;

determines the quotas of winners and medalists of the municipal stage of the Olympics for each general educational subject;

approves the results of the municipal stage of the Olympiad for each general educational subject (the ranking of the winners and the ranking of the medal phases of the Olympics of the Olympics) and publishes them on its official website in the Internet network, including the protocols of the jury of the municipal stage of the Olympiad for each general educational subject;

49. Organizing Committee of the Olympics Municipal Stage:

51. In the cities of the federal significance Moscow, St. Petersburg and Sevastopol, the municipal stage of the Olympiad is carried out taking into account the features of the organization of local self-government in these constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

V. Conducting the regional stage of the Olympiad

52. The regional stage of the Olympiad is carried out according to the Olympiad central subject-methodological commissions of the Olympiad, based on the content of educational programs of the main general and secondary education of the in-depth level and the corresponding orientation (profile), for the 9-11 classes.

55. The winners and prize-winners of the regional stage of the Olympics of the previous year have the right to fulfill the Olympic tasks designed for older classes in relation to those in which they are trained. 56. Organizer of the regional stage of the Olympiad:

forms the Organizing Committee of the regional stage of the Olympics and approves its composition;

forms the jury of the regional stage of the Olympics for each general education subject and approves their compositions;

forms regional subject-methodical commissions of the Olympiad and approves their compositions;

sets the number of points for each general education and class necessary to participate at the regional stage of the Olympiad;

provides the storage of olympics for each general educational subject for the regional stage of the Olympiad, is responsible for their confidentiality established by the legislation of the Russian Federation;

in advance informs the leaders of local governments, carrying out management in the field of education, heads of organizations engaged in educational programs of the main general and secondary general education, located on the territory of the relevant subject of the Russian Federation, participants in the regional stage of the Olympiad and their parents (legal representatives) about the timing and places of the regional stage of the Olympics for each general educational subject, as well as about the present order and requirements for the organization and conduct of the regional stage of the Olympiad for each general educational subject;

defines the quotas of winners and the medalists of the regional stage of the Olympiad for each general educational subject;

approves the results of the regional stage of the Olympics for each general educational subject (the ranking of the winners and the ranking of the medalists of the regional stage of the Olympics) and publishes them on their official website in the Internet network, including the Protocols of the Jury of the regional stage of the Olympiad for each general educational subject;

59. Regional subject-methodical commissions of the Olympiad:

60. The compositions of the regional objective commissions of the Olympiad are formed from the number of pedagogical, scientific and pedagogical workers.

61. Delivery of Olympics Tasks The organizers of the regional stage of the Olympics are carried out by the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia on electronic media in an encrypted form. forms the jury of the final stage of the Olympics for each general educational subject and approves their compositions;

sets the number of points for each general education and class necessary for participation in the final stage of the Olympiad;

in advance informs the heads of state authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, carrying out public administration in the field of education, the Central Organizing Committee of the Olympiad, the central subject and methodological commissions of the Olympiad, the Organizing Committee of the Final Stage of the Olympics for each general educational subject, participants in the final stage of the Olympics for each general educational subject and their parents (legal representatives) on the timing and places of the final stage of the Olympiad for each general educational subject, as well as on the present order and requirements for the organization and the final stage of the Olympiad for each general education subject;

approves the outcome results of the Olympiad for each general educational subject (the ranking of the winners and the ranking of the Olympiad Olympics), publishes them on the official website of the Olympiad in the Internet network, together with the minutes of the Compare Stage of the Olympiad, with an indication of the participants;

awards the winners and medalists of the Olympiad with diplomas, the samples of which are given in the annex to this order.

70. 71. The procedure for holding the All-Russian School Olympiad

I. General provisions

1. This procedure for the All-Russian School Olympiad (hereinafter - the procedure) establishes the stages of the All-Russian School Olympiad (hereinafter - the Olympiad), the timing of the Olympics, as well as a list of general educational items, for which it is held, determines the organizational and technological model of the Olympiad, participants of the Olympiad, Their rights and obligations, establishes the rules for approving the results of the Olympics and the Definition of Winners and the Humans of the Olympiad, samples of diplomas of the winners and the winners of the Olympiad.

2. The Olympiad is held in order to identify and develop student creativity and interest in the scientific (research) activities, promotion of scientific knowledge, selection of persons who have shown outstanding abilities in the composition of the national teams of the Russian Federation to participate in international competitions in general educational subjects.

3. Olympiad is carried out according to the following general education subjects: Mathematics, Russian, foreign language (English, German, French), Informatics and ICT, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Ecology, Geography, Astronomy, Literature, History, Soclastology, Economics, Law, Art (world artistic culture), physical culture, technology, basics of life safety.

4. The Olympiad includes school, municipal, regional and final stages.

5. The organizers of the Olympiad are:

school and municipal stages - the local government authority operating in the field of education;

regional stage - the state authority of the subject of the Russian Federation, which implements public administration in the field of education;

the final stage is the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (hereinafter - the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia).

6. The organizers of the Olympiad have the right to attract educational and scientific organizations to the Olympics, educational associations of state corporations and public organizations in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7. The individual results of the participants of each stage of the Olympics are recorded in the rating table of the results of the participants in the corresponding stage of the Olympiad Olympiad, which is a ranked list of participants, located as they launched scored points (hereinafter referred to as the rating). Participants with an equal number of points are arranged in alphabetical order.

8. The Olympiad is held in the territory of the Russian Federation.

9. The working language of the Olympiad is Russian.

11. When conducting the Stages of the Olympics, each participant of the Olympiad must be provided with a separate workplace, equipped with compliance with the requirements for the corresponding stage of the Olympics for each general educational subject. 12. 13. Prior to the relevant stage of the Olympics for each general educational subject, representatives of the Olympiad organizer conduct a briefing of the participants of the Olympics - inform about the duration of the Olympics, the procedure for filing appeals on disagreement with scores, on cases of removal from the Olympiad, as well as about the time and place of familiarization with the results of the Olympiad.

14. Parent (legal representative) of the student who announced his participation in the Olympiad, on time not less than 10 working days before the start of the school stage of the Olympics in writing confirms the familiarization with this Procedure and represents the organizer of the school stage of the Olympiad to collect, storage, Use, distribution (transmission) and publishing personal data of its minor child, as well as its olympics, including in the Internet.

15. During the Olympics, the participants of the Olympiad:

must comply with this procedure and requirements approved by the organizer of the school, municipal stages of the Olympiad, the Central Methodological Commissions of the Olympiad, to carry out the relevant stage of the Olympics for each general educational subject;

must follow the instructions of the representatives of the Olympiad organizer;

it is not entitled to communicate with each other, freely move by the audience;

it is entitled to have reference materials, communications and electronic computing techniques, allowed during the Olympics during the Olympics, the list of which is determined in the requirements for the organization and the relevant stages of the Olympiad for each general educational subject.

16. In the event of a violation by the participant of the Olympics of this Procedure and (or) approved requirements for the organization and the relevant stage of the Olympics for each general educational subject, the representative of the Olympics Organizer is entitled to remove this participant of the Olympiad from the audience, making an act of removing the participant of the Olympiad.

17. Participants of the Olympiad, who have been deleted, are deprived of the right to participate in the Olympiad on this general education subject in the current year.

18. In order to ensure the right to objective evaluation of the work, the participants of the Olympiad are entitled to file an appeal of disagreement with exposed points in the jury of the corresponding stage of the Olympiad.

19. The participant of the Olympiad before applying for an appeal is entitled to make sure that its work is verified and evaluated in accordance with the established criteria and the methodology for estimating the fulfilled Olympiad tasks.

20. Consideration of appeal is carried out with the participation of the participant of the Olympiad.

21. According to the results of the consideration of the appeal of disagreement with the scores of the relevant stage of the Olympiad, the Olympics decides on the departure of the appeal and maintaining the scores or the satisfaction of the appeal and the correction of points.

II. Organization of the Olympiad

23. Coordination of the Organization and the Olympics is carried out by the Central Organizing Committee of the Olympics under the leadership of the Chairman.

24. Central Organizing Committee of the Olympiad:

makes proposals in the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia in the composition of the central subject and methodological commissions of the Olympiad on general education subjects, on which the Olympiad is held (hereinafter referred to at the regional and final stages, the number of participants in the final stage of the Olympiad, who clicked the required number of points at the regional stage of the Olympiad for each general educational subject, to improve and develop the Olympiad;

25. 39. The organizer of the school stage of the Olympics:

I. General provisions

1. 5. The organizers of the Olympiad are:

7. The compositions of the central subject and methodological commissions of the Olympiad are formed at the proposal of the Central Organizing Committee of Olympiad from among pedagogical, scientific and pedagogical workers, managing employees of educational organizations, graduate students, orders, assistants - interns, as well as specialists in the field of knowledge corresponding to the subject of the Olympiad, and are approved Ministry of Education and Science of Russia. 31. The jury of all stages of the Olympiad:

accepts for estimation of encoded (impersonal) Olympiad works of participants of the Olympiad;

IV. Conducting the municipal stage of the Olympics

44. The municipal stage of the Olympiad is held according to the developed regional subject and methodological commissions on general educational subjects, which is conducted by the Olympiad (hereinafter referred to as regional objective commissions of the Olympiad), tasks based on the content of educational programs of the main and secondary general education of the in-depth level and the appropriate (Profile), for 7 - 11 classes. The procedure for holding the All-Russian School Olympiad

I. General provisions

3. The Olympiad is carried out according to the following general education subjects:

mathematics, Russian, Foreign Language (English, German, French, Spanish, Chinese, Italian), Informatics and ICT, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Ecology, Geography, Astronomy, Literature, History, Society, Economics, Law, Art (World Art culture), physical culture, technology, basics of life safety for students in educational programs of the main and secondary general education;

mathematics, Russian language for educational programs of primary general education.

4. The Olympiad includes school, municipal, regional and final stages.

5. The organizers of the Olympiad are:

school and municipal stages - local government authority, executing management in the field of education;

regional stage - the state authority of the subject of the Russian Federation, which implements public administration in the field of education;

the final stage is the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (hereinafter - the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia).

7. 11. II. Organization of the Olympiad

22. The Olympiad is held annually from September 1 to June 30.

The compositions of the central subject and methodological commissions of the Olympiad are formed at the proposal of the Central Organizing Committee of Olympiad from among pedagogical, scientific and pedagogical workers, managing employees of educational organizations, graduate students, orders, assistants - interns, as well as specialists in the field of knowledge corresponding to the subject of the Olympiad, and are approved Ministry of Education and Science of Russia.

35. V. Conducting the regional stage of the Olympiad

53. Specific deadlines for the regional stage of the Olympics establishes the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia.

The deadline for the end of the regional stage of the Olympiad is no later than February 25.

Specific sites of the regional stage of the Olympics for each general educational subject establishes the state authority of the subject of the Russian Federation, which implements public administration in the field of education.

54. At the regional stage of the Olympiad for each general educational subject, individual participation is taken:

participants in the Municipal Stage of the Olympiad of the current school year, who needed to participate in the regional stage of the Olympics, the number of points established by the Organizer of the Regional Stage of the Olympiad;

winners and prize-winners of the regional stage of the Olympiad of the previous school year, continuing training in organizations engaged in educational activities on educational programs of the main general and secondary general education;

studying 9-11 classes of organizations engaged in educational activities on educational programs of the main general and secondary general education, located outside the territory of the Russian Federation, and the overtakers of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, which have specialized structural educational units in their structure.

56. Organizer of the regional stage of the Olympiad:

establishes the format of representing the results of participants in the municipal stage of the Olympics for each general educational subject;

forms the Organizing Committee of the regional stage of the Olympics and approves its composition;

forms the jury of the regional stage of the Olympics for each general education subject and approves their compositions;

forms regional subject-methodical commissions of the Olympiad and approves their compositions;

sets the number of points for each general education and class necessary to participate at the regional stage of the Olympiad;

provides the storage of olympics for each general educational subject for the regional stage of the Olympiad, is responsible for their confidentiality established by the legislation of the Russian Federation;

in advance informs the leaders of local governments, carrying out management in the field of education, heads of organizations engaged in educational programs of the main general and secondary general education, located on the territory of the relevant subject of the Russian Federation, participants in the regional stage of the Olympiad and their parents (legal representatives) about the timing and places of the regional stage of the Olympics for each general educational subject, as well as about the present order and requirements for the organization and conduct of the regional stage of the Olympiad for each general educational subject;

defines the quotas of winners and the medalists of the regional stage of the Olympiad for each general educational subject;

approves the results of the regional stage of the Olympics for each general educational subject (the ranking of the winners and the ranking of the regional stage of the Olympiad Regional Stage) and publishes them on its official website on the Internet, including the Protocols of the Jury of the Olympiad Regional Stage for each general educational subject;

carries out from the budget of the subject of the Russian Federation and (or) of legal entities, organizational and financial support for participation in the final stage of the Olympics of the regional stage of the Olympics, who scored the required number of points established by the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia to participate in the final stage of the Olympiad, as well as their accompanying persons (insurance The life and health of the participants of the final stage of the Olympics, the passage of the participants in the final stage of the Olympiad and their accompanying persons to the place of the final stage of the Olympics and back, payment of nutrition, accommodation, transport and excursion service of the accompanying persons).

57. Organizing Committee of the Olympics Regional Stage:

The composition of the organizing committee of the regional stage of the Olympiad is formed from representatives of the state authority of the subject of the Russian Federation, which implements public administration in the field of education, regional subject-methodical commissions of the Olympiad, pedagogical and scientific and pedagogical workers.

59. Regional subject-methodical commissions of the Olympiad:

develop the requirements for the organization and holding of the municipal stage of the Olympiad, taking into account the methodological recommendations prepared by the Central Subjective Commissions of the Olympiad;

compile rally tasks based on the content of educational programs of the main general and secondary general education of the in-depth level and the corresponding orientation (profile), form from them sets of tasks for the municipal stage of the Olympics, taking into account the methodological recommendations prepared by the Central Subjective Methodological Commissions of the Olympiad;

provide the storage of olympiad tasks for each general educational subject for the municipal stage of the Olympiad to their direction to the organizer of the Olympiad Municipal Stage, are responsible for their confidentiality established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

60. The compositions of the regional objective commissions of the Olympiad are formed from the number of pedagogical, scientific and pedagogical workers.

Vi. Conducting the Final Stage of the Olympics

62. The final stage of the Olympiad is carried out according to the tasks developed by the central subject-methodological commissions of the Olympiad, based on the content of educational programs of the main and secondary general education of the in-depth level and the corresponding orientation (profile), for 9-11 classes.

63. Specific deadlines and venue of the final stage of the Olympics for each general educational subject establishes the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia.

The term of completion of the final stage of the Olympics is no later than June 30th.

64. At the final stage of the Olympiad for each general educational subject, individual participation is taken:

approves the compositions of the Organizing Committee of the Final Stage of the Olympiad for each general education subject, formed taking into account the proposals of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and educational organizations, where the final stage of the Olympiad is held;

forms the jury of the final stage of the Olympics for each general educational subject and approves their compositions;

sets the number of points for each general education and class necessary for participation in the final stage of the Olympiad;

in advance informs the heads of state authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, carrying out public administration in the field of education, the Central Organizing Committee of the Olympiad, the central subject and methodological commissions of the Olympiad, the Organizing Committee of the Final Stage of the Olympics for each general educational subject, participants in the final stage of the Olympics for each general educational subject and their parents (legal representatives) on the timing and places of the final stage of the Olympiad for each general educational subject, as well as on the present order and requirements for the organization and the final stage of the Olympiad for each general education subject;
