My name is Oksana, I am 32 years old, and I am a mother of two children. I was never skinny, but it was difficult to call me full: a plump girl with a tummy and barrels is a typical apple.

During my first pregnancy, I ate, frankly, for four. But at the same time I did not gain very much - only 14 kg. But the worst thing is that after the birth of the child, she could not stop the zhor and began to grow in breadth, by leaps and bounds. Until my mom took this photo (left):

A thin cow is not yet a slim doe

Then I took up my diet and got rid of 10 kg in three months excess weight... I was thinner and contented, but my body remained rather flabby, since I did not play sports.

After the birth of my second child (daughter), I realized that I could lose weight gained during pregnancy, but the quality of the body leaves much to be desired. In general, a thin cow is not yet a slender doe. And I was not thin yet.

Had to drag my lazy butt in gym... And for four years now, 4 times a week, in any weather, I take my gym bag and drag my still lazy, but noticeably prettier, ass to the gym).

And just recently I celebrated the third birthday of my new life. Now I cannot understand what I have been waiting for all the previous 28 years ?!

Later, at 31 years old, I took up the issue of healthy eating and get great pleasure from it.

Foods that I have excluded from my diet:

I do not eat sausages, industrial sauces (mayonnaise, ketchup, etc.) fast food products, pork, fried potatoes, regular bread, shop cakes and pastries, chips, packaged juices, soft drinks.

My 1 day menu looks like this:

Before breakfast, a large glass of water with lemon.

Breakfast: oatmeal steamed with boiling water, honey, olive oil, flax seeds and berries.

Or an omelet with tomatoes and cheese.

Snack: natural yoghurt with nuts and dried fruits or bread with jam, or fruit.

Lunch: broccoli soup with shrimps and herbs.

Snack: coffee with skim or almond milk and cheese

Dinner: baked chicken breasts and vegetable salad with vegetable oil.

After 6, I try not to eat, but it doesn't always work out.

I drink a lot of clean water: 2-2.5 liters.

Some details of my nutrition

Sometimes I allow myself alcohol 1-2 glasses of dry wine.

I eat low-fat dairy products.

I eat a lot of complex carbs: buckwheat, durum pasta, quinoa, bulgur, lentils, whole grain breads and crispbreads.

I eat a lot of vegetables and fruits.

I allow sweets at the stage of weight maintenance (either a little for breakfast, or once a week).

My physical activity

I dance from zumba to individual lessons according to the Latin American program. Two power training in the hall. And one stretching workout. I combine them.

For example, on Monday dancing and stretching (2 hours), on Wednesday dancing and strength (2 hours), on Friday dancing and strength (2 hours), Saturday only dancing for 1 hour. I try to walk a lot, for example, I never go to the gym by car, I walk in any weather and in any condition.

In total, I lost 20 kg. And with her own hands she fashioned herself a new beautiful figure!

When I was young, I weighed 55 kg. with a height of 172 cm, but considered herself a fat woman only because my friend weighed 6 kg. less than me. And 10 years ago, when I traveled to France, I gained my first 5 kg. This was the beginning of my loss of slimness. I thought that when I returned home I would quickly lose weight, but this did not happen.

Imperceptibly, my weight increased and the size of the purchased clothes became larger and larger. But for a long time I did not attach much importance to this, continued to pamper myself with my favorite sweets, ate whatever I wanted. I came to my senses only when I saw the figure 80 on the scales. My friends and my husband advised me different diets, they really wanted me to lose 20 kg.

Calorie counting didn't work.

I studied all the diets on the site, decided to start with buckwheat, then added physical activity - shaping classes, cycling. How difficult it was for me! I got tired in training, constantly felt the feeling of hunger and fought with it. And yet to new year holidays, this is 6 months, I have lost 20 kilograms! And during this period, I quit smoking, following the advice of Alain Carr's book, albeit on the second try.

But soon the training had to be postponed, as I felt completely exhausted physically and once even fainted. And in general - at that time we really wanted to have a child, but the months flew by, but this did not work. I was worried and dieting became very difficult for me. I began to eat a lot of sweets again. And after 6 months, the number 80 appeared again on the scales.

And it all started from the very beginning !!! I was going through. that she was so fat that all my previous labors passed without a trace. The fact that I lost 20 kilograms with such difficulty is a thing of the past. I decided to do it again at all costs. But then suddenly I realized that I was pregnant!

I didn’t even believe such happiness! Of course, it was necessary to forget about diets, first of all - the health of the unborn baby. But recruit overweight I didn't want to either. I have heard a lot about the fact that after gaining weight during pregnancy, my friends were never able to lose weight later. Of course, I tried to eat less high-calorie foods, ate more fresh vegetables and fruits, low-fat dairy products, but still 15 kg. during pregnancy, I typed. And she was discharged from the hospital with a weight of 85 kg. And again my goal was to lose 20 kilograms.

Even during pregnancy, I drew attention to the low-fat nutrition method of Mikhail Ginzburg - one of their domestic nutritionists. Its essence lies in the fact that in order to lose weight, the body must use fat from the "fat depot", and new fats must not replenish it. The body has enough intake of 30 grams. fat a day so that he begins to "use internal fat." If at the same time moderately eat carbohydrates, lean meats and fish, a sufficient amount of raw vegetables and fruits, then a good effect is obtained.

I was glad that at last I had a simple method of losing weight. No special restrictions and diets! Unfortunately, despite all my efforts, my milk disappeared by 3 months. And immediately after that I started to stick to the Low Fat diet. (Later I learned that it is not contraindicated for nursing mothers.) At the same time, according to the advice from the books of the same nutritionist, I began to walk a lot (with a stroller) at a brisk pace, at least two hours a day. Lose weight by 20 kg. - was my goal.

I was very pleased with the result. During the first two months, using only rationality in nutrition and tonic load in the form of brisk walking, I lost 7 kilograms. In the next 2 months - by another 5 kilograms. There were, of course, difficulties. Almost 3 weeks, despite the efforts, kept "". But I still overcame it with the help of a weight monitoring system.

In general, the result inspired me! And I lost 20 kilograms in 8 months! And this result was not given to me as much as my first weight loss. This is the second year I have kept this weight. I really enjoyed this low fat diet combined with tonic physical activity (in my case - with walking). I advised this method of losing weight to my friend. She weighed even more than me, but within a year she also lost 20 kg. Join !!!

The story is simple, like a good old (or not so) fairy tale. From the age of 6, by the willful decision of my parents, I was sent to the section big tennis... The sport regime has kept me in shape for 7 years. So at a young age I was a pretty slender child. But at the age of 13 he took his own character, and the racket was thrown on the mezzanine. From the joy of a free life, I happily sat down at home in front of the TV and devoured hot sandwiches with cheese, mayonnaise and other pleasures of cooking in incredible quantities, washing it all down with cocoa or coffee with cream. Let's add here the transitional age and genetics (everyone in the family is not thin). And so, slowly but surely, I moved towards fullness.

At the age of 15, like any teenager, I began to pay attention to my appearance and was very unhappy with it. There were a lot of experiments with diets. A school friend actively supported me in this matter, and together we experimented: English, kefir, and buckwheat ... By the age of 16 I became an expert in the matter of diets, but there was no sense in them. Having thrown off 3-5 kg, I very happily began to eat all the same sandwiches: finally it is POSSIBLE! Fast food brought a special joy. In one sitting, to eat 2 cheeseburgers, French fries, a pie, ice cream and wash it down with a milkshake - it was as if I hadn't eaten anything. Nothing, I thought, I'll throw it off tomorrow. Tomorrow came, the day after tomorrow, and so on. And at some point it became absolutely all the same how I looked.

I shuddered. I realized that I don't want to be like that.

It was at that fateful moment that the very same friend with whom we were losing weight together and unsuccessfully arrived on vacation. And what a miracle, she arrived three times less than she was! “HOW?” Was my question. And I received the answer: do not eat in the evening. Just do not eat in the evening. I did not really believe in the success of the event, but I firmly decided to try.

So the experiment began. September. It would seem that not eating in the evening is nonsense, but noooo. It was real hell. From hunger it was impossible to fall asleep, in a dream I dreamed only about food, and in the morning I cheerfully ran to the refrigerator. Not to eat in the evening is not to eat after 16:00, but you can do EVERYTHING and as much as you like until 16:00. It suited me very much, because I really did not want to give up sweets and dumplings with mayonnaise. And in the morning I happily wrapped up a plate of these same dumplings, stuck with sweets, even if I didn't want to (after all, then it’s already impossible), in the afternoon at the institute you didn’t go too far, and for lunch there was usually a salad with mayonnaise and a loaf of tea. The first two weeks there were no results, and I was depressed and even wanted to give up, but decided to wait a little longer ... And, lo and behold! In the third week, the weight went down. Slow at first, then faster. I cheered up and continued to endure hungry evenings and nights. Over time, I got used to the feeling of hunger. And now February, and I weigh 57 kg! And this is minus 13 kg. Joy knew no bounds, but the weight rose. March. The weight is the same. It should be noted that I started going to the gym. No, not to walk, but to live there. I practiced almost every day for two or three hours.

And since March, the story ceases to be banal and healthy. The excitement and the principle were included. Now the time of the last meal was strictly until 13:00, and if I did not have time to eat before that time, then the food was postponed the next morning. Dumplings and scrambled eggs with bacon were replaced by a small bowl of porridge or cereal with kefir for breakfast and the same salad with mayonnaise 150g, but without a roll with tea. The weight went down. And with every defeated kilogram, my passion grew more and more. The feeling of hunger has become so habitual that it is quite possible to say that I have stopped wanting to eat in principle. She just ate because she was supposed to. And training, training ...

May. All the same scales, the arrow shows 52.2 kg. And then the first alarm bell rang. The hysteria began. Yesterday it was exactly 52 kg !!! Unfortunate 200 grams, but I didn't want to give the weight a chance. I rescheduled my last meal at 12:00. The numbers on the scales have become a mania. My mood depended on them. In the mirror I saw a girl who had swum in fat, although there was no trace of fat there. Echoes of common sense suggested that mental problems had begun and that anorexia was very strong. I remotely realized that my highly "improved" weight loss system had acquired an abnormal shade. Probably, I would not have been able to stop in time, and it is not known how this whole experiment would have ended. Two cases saved.

I was on the subway, and a girl entered the car, or rather, not a girl, but a natural skeleton. I could not help thinking that she was probably not so "slender" by nature. That's exactly what I didn't want. The second call was more serious. Once I arrived home at 14:30, did not have time to eat that day and, spitting on everything, ate a salad of tomatoes and cucumbers. And then a real fit began. What have I done!!! And yes, I ran to the toilet and did what people who have bulimia do. And I got really scared. I said to myself "stop".

I was 19 years old. I was lucky that I was able to stop, I was lucky that I was a young organism, and this experiment did not affect my health in any way. I want to warn the girls: don't. You can lose weight and maintain weight without such sacrifices.

I still don't eat at night, but I try to just have dinner before 6:00 pm. My diet has become more balanced and healthy. Now I am 32 years old, many years have passed since then. My weight has hardly changed. Now I weigh 53 kg. It is worth relaxing, as IMMEDIATELY I gain too much. Therefore, training at least three times a week and a balanced diet are my eternal companions.

But that incident in my youth, as much as I wanted to pretend that there were no consequences, still left a mark on my psyche.

I'm afraid of food. As soon as I eat something unhealthy, high-calorie (for example, a slice of cake every six months), I begin to feel guilt and shame. And I go to the hall to "work out". I find it difficult to enjoy food: there is always a calorie calculator in my brain.

But now I am aware that this is my choice. I know the value of the results that I have achieved, and I never want to see on the scale the number that started it all again.

As the saying goes, a woman is either on a diet, or has finished a diet, or is about to go on a diet. Once I had to try it on myself for the first time. I'll make a reservation right away that any gastroenterologist, nutritionist or fitness and nutrition specialist will say that I killed myself, but many years have passed, and I have not felt any inconveniences or problems with my stomach, skin, hair. But I won't recommend my method to anyone.

At the dawn of the XXI century, young and healthy, I settled down on sedentary work... As they say, press the buttons. On the very first working day, I brought lunch with me: pies, sandwiches and tea. It was food that is convenient to take with you, because you don't need to cook, you don't have to reheat it, and you won't have to take any cans home after work. A colleague looked at me and took out a salad leaf from the bag. I grinned to myself, not yet knowing what awaited me. My lifestyle was quite mobile, as it seemed to me. We walked a lot, rode bicycles, skated and ski with friends, played badminton, didn't go on diets and looked great.

After working for some time at my sedentary, quiet work and dining on pies, I noticed the first alarm bells, but did not attach any importance to this. So what if the blouses become tight in the chest and arms. And jeans began to fit more tightly. And typing is somehow inconvenient. We had to make additional holes on the belt so that we could somehow fasten it. And still change the wardrobe. No one spoke about my appearance: neither my family, nor my boyfriend, nor my friends and colleagues. And I didn't seem to notice the changes in myself in the mirror. Or didn’t want to notice and hear comments. At that time, every iron did not yet sound “watch yourself”, “stop eating”, “gap between the thighs”. And then my colleagues and I decided to take a picture. I had a film camera then.

When I took the coveted bag from the photo shop, I did not find myself in the photographs. Instead of me there was a round aunt with huge rosy cheeks. I was horrified and rushed to look for diet and fitness programs. Not everyone had a computer and the Internet in those days. On the wall of my house there was a sign “Aerobics. Shaping ”, but the price tag was too high for me. I found books from the category of "weight loss for dummies", where it was proposed to throw out everything fatty, flour and sweet from the diet and switch to vegetables and chicken. From the newspaper I cut out advice supposedly from Pamela Anderson about the necessary physical exercise and nutrition. And she started losing weight.

It was tough. Don't do that! I had breakfast with a cup of coffee without milk and sugar, eating one boiled egg. I took a tomato with me to work. I dined with a handful of crumbly low-fat cottage cheese or a couple of tablespoons of boiled buckwheat without salt. Everything! There are no exceptions. It was terrible and hungry all the time. And somehow it was bleak.

As I understand it now, this is a very reduced diet, which clearly lacks the necessary set of vitamins and minerals for the body. In addition, I changed my diet too abruptly, and the amount of food was very small. During lunchtime, I no longer sat with books. After a quick bite of a cucumber or tomato, I went for a walk. The embankment was not far away, but after a couple of months of walking the same route, I could no longer look at it. I wandered around Karelia-Market and other shops, where I managed to get there during a break, and examined all the parks and courtyards nearby. I got a second job of the same sedentary type, and got home on foot in any weather and immediately proceeded to kick legs, squats and crunches on the press. On weekends, my friends and I still met to hang out around the city or go cycling or skiing for the season. I do not remember that I felt bad, no dizziness, no manifestations of gastritis, no lethargy. She didn't become anorexic either. Youth forgives almost everything.

Of course, such a tough and unusual regime could not fail to yield results. I can't say for sure how long it took me to lose weight, but in the new photos I began to recognize myself as an angular teenage girl with pleasure, as before, and I had to make additional holes on the belt of my jeans so as not to dangle. And change the wardrobe.

Once at work, I dropped a pencil on my lap, reflexively tried to catch it with my feet, but it fell through and fell to the floor. I was jubilant: the gap between the thighs! It's sitting down. Perhaps I already resembled a skeleton. Relatives and friends grabbed their heads. Then I did not have weights, and how many kilograms I lost is unknown. I estimate, somewhere from 75 to 55 kg. For my height, this is more than enough.

Since then, a lot has changed, a computer appeared, I began to collect fitness video programs, I did aerobics with Deanne Berry for a long time, I switched to other trainers. I still don't consider it necessary to spend money on the gym, I work out according to the Ewa Chodakowska video depending on my mood, I eat MODERATE and VARIOUSLY, sometimes I allow myself fast food, I like chocolate and, in calm weather, I walk from work on foot. And I no longer get worn out because of the appearance!

Lost 20 kg (from 88 to 68 kg)

The story of my weight loss began with the fact that I once again decided to lose a couple of kilograms by the summer, - says Anna. - I did not hear about any proper nutrition then, I sat on all kinds of diets. I still find it hard to imagine how I, eating only 600 calories a day, managed to work, go to the gym, and do household chores in the evening. As a result, with these hunger strikes, I did myself a disservice - I only whetted my appetite, I was hungry all the time, and the weight jumped.

Soon after my failed attempt to lose weight, I found out I was pregnant. I got carried away - as they say, I ate everything that was not nailed down, and justified myself by saying that the child needed it so much. I got registered in the antenatal clinic in the weight of 72 kilograms, went to give birth with the number 96 on the scales. I was sure that after giving birth, everything will go away by itself. But it was not there.

The scales were merciless - 88 kilos. I consoled myself with the thought that this is normal and that during the feeding I would certainly lose weight. The miracle did not happen and after six months my weight did not change a single gram. It was then that I realized that I needed to do something about it. At the same time, I realized that I simply would not be able to starve as before. The situation seemed hopeless to me, until one day I accidentally stumbled on Instagram on the diary of a girl who adheres to proper nutrition. I was very interested in this topic and soon saw that thousands of girls are losing weight in this way. They eat, eat a lot and often, and at the same time lose weight! I carefully studied the basics of "PP" (proper nutrition) and started.

I decided to focus on the standard figure of 1200 calories per day and 2 liters of water. I began to eat every three hours, it turned out to be quite easy - I just sat down to eat with my daughter. I also started a food diary on Instagram, it helped me a lot in self-control.

In 4 months I regained my "pre-pregnant" weight, having dropped 16 kilograms - from 88 to 72. The New Year holidays became a test for me then. For the company of my family and friends, I ate almost everything that was forbidden. Getting on the scales after that was scary, but what was my surprise when my "weight gain" was only 500 grams. This is a huge plus of proper nutrition - thanks to long-term adherence to the regime, the metabolism accelerates and the holidays pass without prejudice to the figure. Now my weight is 68 kilograms.

My menu now looks something like this:

Breakfast: Oatmeal with milk, a boiled egg, and something sweet (like marshmallow or a piece of chocolate)

Snack: Whole grain bread or oatmeal sandwich with chicken breast or cod liver

Lunch: chicken fillet with buckwheat or durum wheat pasta

Afternoon snack: cottage cheese

Dinner: chicken fillet or seafood with vegetables

Eating a healthy diet dramatically changes your eating habits. Physically, I simply cannot eat a whole bar of chocolate like I used to. Yes and no desire, a couple of pieces are enough for me to enjoy the taste. I no longer want a second slice of cake for a party or an additional serving of Olivier. It became tasteless to me to eat it in large quantities, a sense of proportion appeared.

If initially my goal was to regain the weight that I had before pregnancy, now I want a beautiful and toned body. I no longer look at the scales, at the moment my reference point is volumes and reflection in the mirror. Our body is beautifully proportioned, as well as elastic and tightened skin... That's what I'm working on. To maintain firmness, I regularly do body massage using vacuum cans, ground coffee scrub and daily moisturize my skin with a "magic" cream.

Vitamin complex consisting of soluble vitamins A and E (20 capsules)
