MetaPermable Olympiad "Parks. Museums. The estate is not quite usually, in the form of an intellectual travel game. Students do not just fulfill the tasks, they visit the cultural objects of Moscow specified in the route. The purpose of such an unusual competition is to awaken interest in children to the history of the native city, in which the fate of the state was peaked, the famous people lived, writers, poets and artists. Touch the sources of the historical past.

To participate in the intellectual competition, you need to register on the official website. Individual and group applications are accepted. The first round of the introductory, where children answer questions via the Internet, then the correspondence tour is carried out through the Internet survey. 5 points are accrued for the passage of the full-time round. Full-time tours are conducted on cultural objects. Throughout the game, children can participate in additional contests, earning additional points.

First of all, they need to visit the 4 museum and 1 estate or park to take part in the overall standings. During a visit, children respond to questions and fulfill the tasks of the museum prepared by employees, a park or manor. These questions and tasks are associated with the history of the museum, manor or park. Correspondence task can be performed on museums and manads.

On the Olympiad website, you can choose any object and answer the questions developed by it. Answers are also sent through the site. For parks there are only full-time tasks. While visiting, you need to take a photo. Moreover, each participant is necessary to be photographed. If there is no photo, the results of the passage of the tour are not taken into account. Each visit brings 50 points team, taking into account the visits to the object team in full. These points are added to the results of the absentee tour.

5 routes of different levels of complexity were developed: "blue", "green", "yellow", "orange", "red". Students 1-11 classes can participate. For children of primary school, the routes are chosen the smallest complexity. With an individual standings on a cultural object, it is the student who is registered. In the team event, the presence of more than half of the team is necessary. Children can participate in individual and command credits at the same time, but in this case the routes should not intersect. At the disposal of children there were 162 cultural facilities. The final is carried out in the form of a quest (adventure-search game), with the accrual of prize points in one of the historical regions of Moscow. In 2017, more than 10,000 schoolchildren took part in the erudition competition. A survey was conducted for the best cultural facility of the capital, in which 250,000 people participated. According to the voting results, Gorky Park became the most popular.

The second place was taken by the "Pharmaceutical Garden" - the Botanical Garden of Moscow State University. Art Park Museum took third place in popularity. During the Olympics, schoolchildren with their accompanying adults attend museums, parks and estates of Moscow. Every cultural object that joined the Olympics is preparing entertaining tasks for participants, the answers to which can be found only carefully studied the exposition. Thanks to the Olympics, schoolchildren can get acquainted with different directions of art, branches of science, city history and country!

Who can take part?

Participation in the Olympiad is possible in the following age categories:

  3. Full-time tour "Museum whirlpool"
    This is a tour of the Olympiad, during which the participants come to the museum and perform tasks, the answers to which can be found on the exposure of the museum or manor.
    When visiting each museum, the park and estates you need to take a photo of the participant of the Olympiad and upload it to your personal account. The photo needs to be done so that it seems the name of the museum, manor or park, where the photo is made.
  4. Family Tour for Museums and Manors
    After passing the absentee tour, the participant downloads an invitation to the museum that can be downloaded:
  • with "My Page";
  • from the page of the museum or manor, according to which the correspondence tour passed.

The invitation contains the name of the museum, information about the participant (team), as well as the form of responses of the full-time tour. Questions are issued directly in museums and manors. The tasks of the full-time tour are designed so that it is possible to find answers to them only on the territory of the most cultural object.

Issues in parks can be downloaded from the page of a particular park (link "Download Invitation"). Answers are made through a special form. If the answers are required photos, they can be attached there.

That is, for example, you visited 5 parks and 3 museums, only 3 park will go to the offset. For each object, the participant is maximally accrued 50 points, but there are unpopular museums or which are far from there and an increased coefficient is applied. It is not difficult to become the winner of the Olympics, the main thing is to visit objects regularly. What I do not like in this Olympics is that many are formally suitable. This is especially seen in the third Sunday of the month, when in many museums a free visit. Participants choose 2-3 museums that are near and essentially "run" these museums in a couple of hours. They ran, they took questions, ran, they found answers, gave and ran to the neighboring. And there is no sense from the visit, it seems to be in the museum, but I did not know anything for myself. In this regard, the teams with teachers and reasonable parents who do not fit formally, but explain, tell and explore the exhibits of museums, and not only answer the questions asked.

There are museums that we first discovered for themselves. I want to say - we did not run on all museums, did not go 3-4 per day, although I met parents with frankly tired children. And I did not answer for children to questions, could tell if they appeal.
