There are different characters, there are different preferences in humans.

What is the difference between Hatha Yoga from yoga at all?

But the goal of our today's seminar is a completely specific appearance of yoga, which is called Hatha Yoga. And here it is necessary to clarify, and what is the difference between Hatha Yoga from yoga at all? The answer is as follows: Hatha Yoga is just one of the many different approaches in yoga or one of the types of yoga. There are a lot of such species. Hatha Yoga is such an approach or exercises in yoga that use the possibility of our body to stay in certain static positions or poses.

So, we can take various postures with you. And these postures sometimes may be the most intricate. And the poses are simple, friends. How can such a tremendous effect be that I'm just, let's say, lay on my stomach, bent my legs in the knees and captured my legs behind my back. I don't even do efforts, just lying so. Or the posture, as if we were on the beach with you, they read the book. Here we are lying, overlooking the hands bent in the elbows, and sunbathe in the sun. Well what could be from this? Pose like a pose. But it turns out, there is a certain mystery of the device of our body. And just like the key goes to the castle and opens the door behind which treasures are hidden, like this and poses. When we perform them, first of all from the position of harmony, they are completely unnoticed as the key something in us turns into us, and suddenly we begin to get the effect, and such an effect that even did not expect to receive.

This is the highest, the most depth mystery of yoga tells us that all the most mysterious and powerful, which is in the universe, we can find inside ourselves. But you need to find an approach to this power. And here is Hatha Yoga and gives us this approach through different poses.

Who came up with yoga?

Of course, there are names for those or other authors or teachers who have become known at the later duration of the spread of yoga. But in fact, we do not know where this teaching came from. This is one of the secrets, one of the very serious secrets of history.

Why is Yoga so popular today?

The next question to which it would be nice to answer. Yes, yoga lived to this day. Why is it becoming more and more popular in our day? Let's say, just over 15 years ago in the West, no one heard about yoga. 100 years ago, units heard about yoga, 50 years ago, the longer number of people heard about yoga, now even greater.

The fact is that there is a big percentage of people who come into contact with yoga and immediately begin to receive benefits from yoga. And only this is due to the fact that yoga becomes popular. But do not confuse two concepts, friends, yoga popularity and yoga preservation. These are two different things. Yoga is becoming popular, but unfortunately, some primary sources of yoga are now beginning to be understood worse.

That is, we are worse and worse we understand the ancient treatises, on which all the exercises of this system were built. We, as it were, took a small part, and this part had to go to the court to the contemporary person that she spread so quickly. And the remaining part, which is also preserved, we do not use.

So, why yoga, hutha yoga, first of all so popular? The answer is also very interesting. We are now conducting a way of life, which is entirely determined by our civilization. If earlier people went on foot, at best used horses for movement, now we have cars. If earlier we spent more time to read some handwritten texts, now we spend more time at the computer. If earlier work assumed a larger number of movements that we would have to do, now the number of movements are less and less. To work and from work, we travel in public transport. As a result, it turns out that we are conducting a sedentary lifestyle. Moreover, at the same time, our work becomes more stressful. Everything accelerated.

It is very quickly necessary to respond to changing circumstances, therefore the degree of our concentration that life makes it possible to present every day, everything grows and grows. As a side effect or reaction to this, we see among modern people a surge of mental disorders, a surge of mental illness. We are watching neurosis, psychosis, depression, we see stress with you. We strain mentally, and the physical body is relaxed. And in antiquity everything was more correlated, i.e., the stress mental or mental was conjured with physical. Now these two things are divided. This is a modern lifestyle.

The ideal of Hatha Yoga, it's when we have a physically strong person, even if there are not too distinguished forms, like in bodybuilders, for example, but at the same time with a strongly developed intelligence. And now the most interesting thing is that, doing Hatha Yoga, a man sooner or later comes to strengthening his intellectual abilities. The mechanism, as it happens, is very hidden and very mysterious, completely non-obvious, but this is a fact. They wrote about this in antiquity, this we can observe in the modern era. I myself can say that I was a repeated witness that the person who began to engage in Hatha yoga, suddenly began to grow intellectually.

I have quite concrete living examples. The fact is that if we come together and we act on our physical body from those positions that we will talk about a little later, who gives us Hatha Yoga, then everything is enhanced inside: and some hormones are produced, and That nervous currents are formed, and the blood supply of the brain increases that all this begins to promote intellectual development. And if a person lagged behind somewhere, he very quickly harms the missed. Therefore, here is also such a third positive factor, in addition to physical, mental health, this is an increase in intelligence.

Creative skills

The next thing that gives Hatha Yoga is the disclosure of creative abilities. In many ways, what is called creative flour is determined at all with some insurmountable obstacles on our mental level. Everything, as Yoga teaches us, is significantly prosecent and robust. We are not in a tone. We have no vitality in order to maintain the work of our nervous system at the proper level, so that it is quite susceptible, quite creative, as they say now. Energy is missing. Therefore, if one of you is a man of a creative profession, it is sometimes much easier to make such a breakthrough if you will prevent Hatha yoga classes. That is, roughly speaking, your muscular energy, your muscular vitality will go into something thin or the finest. Once again, friends, this is not observed or very rarely observed in athletes. The most appropriate time to workout is an early morning or evening.

Complete the execution of Asan should be "shivasanaya" or a pose of the corpse, this will allow you to lose fatigue.
