The All-Russian Olympiad for Schoolchildren is a massive annual event for working with gifted schoolchildren in the Russian education system. This system covers 24 subject Olympiads for students of state, municipal and non-state educational organizations that implement educational programs of basic general and secondary general education.
The Olympiad is held during the academic year from September to May on time and includes four stages: school, municipal, regional and final. The final stage is held in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, selected on the basis of applications.
The winners and prize-winners of the final stage receive a diploma giving them the right to enter any university of the Russian Federation in the field of the Olympiad if they have a certificate without examinations and are awarded a special prize of the Government of the Russian Federation.
The organizer of the Olympiad is the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, which approves the composition of the Central Organizing Committee and the composition of the Central Subject-Methodological Commissions.
Participation in the stages of the Olympiad is determined by the Procedure for holding the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure), approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia No. 1252 dated November 18, 2013 (registered by the Ministry of Justice of Russia on January 21, 2014, registration No. 31060), as amended by orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia dated March 17, 2015 No. 249 and dated December 17, 2015 No. 1488.
The Olympiad is held throughout the Russian Federation in 24 general education subjects. There is no fee for participation in the Olympiad.

The organizer of the school stage is the local government body that administers the education sector.
The school stage of the Olympiad is held for students in grades 5-11 in 24 general subjects, as well as for 4th grade students in Russian language and mathematics.
Every student who wants to participate in this intellectual competition and who is studying in one of the educational organizations of the municipality can take part in the school stage.
A parent (legal representative) of a student who has declared his participation in the Olympiad, at least 10 working days before the start of the school stage of the Olympiad, in writing confirms familiarization with the Procedure and submits to the organizer of the school stage of the Olympiad consent to publish the Olympiad work of his minor child, including in the information and communication network "Internet" in the event that he becomes the winner or prize-winner of the Olympiad stage. When publishing in the information and communication network "Internet" the protocols of the jury and the works of the winners and prize-winners of the Olympiad, the following information about the student is indicated: surname and initials of the participant of the Olympiad, class; number of points; the subject of the Russian Federation.
The organizer of the school stage ensures the collection and storage of applications from parents (legal representatives) of students who have declared their participation in the Olympiad, about familiarization with the Procedure and consent to the publication of the Olympiad works of their minor children on the Internet.
All interested persons should be informed in advance by the organizer of the school stage about the venue and the procedure for participation in the school stage of the Olympiad. Responsibility for providing students with an opportunity to participate in the school stage lies with the leaders of those educational organizations in which these students study.
If it is impossible to hold the school stage of the Olympiad in any educational organization, the organizer of the school stage is recommended to choose a site within the current organizational and technological model for holding the specified stage of the Olympiad in a constituent entity of the Russian Federation.
At the school stage of the Olympiad, the participant of the Olympiad has the right to complete tasks for a higher grade in relation to the one in which he studies.
The quota for participation in the school stage of the Olympiad is not established.
Students of grades 7-11 take part in the municipal stage of the Olympiad.
The organizer of the municipal stage of the Olympiad is the local government body that manages the education sector.
The organizer sets the number of participants in the municipal stage of the Olympiad for each general education subject. He also forms the lists of participants in this stage of the Olympiad, setting the number of points for each general education subject and class required to participate in this stage of the Olympiad.
Individual participation in the municipal stage of the Olympiad:
Participants of the school stage of the Olympiad held in this municipality in the current academic year, who performed tasks not lower than grade 7 and scored the number of points established by the organizer;
Winners and prize-winners of the municipal stage of the Olympiad of the previous academic year, continuing their studies in organizations that carry out educational activities in educational programs of basic general and secondary general education.
Students of grades 9-11 participate in the regional stage of the Olympiad:
Participants of the municipal stage of the Olympiad of the current academic year, who have scored the required number of points set by the organizer of the regional stage of the Olympiad in the subject and class;
Winners and awardees of the regional stage of the Olympiad of the previous academic year, continuing their studies in organizations that carry out educational activities in educational programs of basic general and secondary general education;
Citizens of the Russian Federation, students of grades 9-11 of organizations carrying out educational activities on educational programs of basic general and secondary general education located outside the territory of the Russian Federation, and foreign institutions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, which have in their structure specialized structural educational units.
To participate in the regional stage of the Olympiad, such students of the educational organization must be sent to the organizer of the regional stage of the Olympiad, i.e. a letter to the state authority of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation in charge of public administration in the field of education, indicating information about the students who will participate in the regional stage of the Olympiad. The constituent entity of the Russian Federation by the foreign establishment of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation is selected independently.
Organizers of the regional stage
The number of participants in the final stage of the Olympiad is established by the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia at the suggestion of the Central Organizing Committee of the All-Russian Olympiad for Schoolchildren.
Individual participation in the final stage of the Olympiad:
Participants of the regional stage of the Olympiad of the current academic year, who received the number of points required for participation in the final stage of the Olympiad, established by the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia;
Winners and prize-winners of the final stage of the Olympiad of the previous academic year, continuing their studies in organizations carrying out educational activities in educational programs of basic general and secondary general education.
If in any constituent entity of the Russian Federation none of the participants in the regional stage of the Olympiad scored the number of points established by the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia for participation in the final stage of the Olympiad, by decision of the organizer of the regional stage of the Olympiad of this constituent entity of the Russian Federation, one participant of the regional stage of the Olympiad of the current year, with the highest number of points (but not less than 50% of the number of points established by the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia).
Students in grades 5-8 of educational organizations who are participants in the regional stage of the Olympiad and who have gained the number of points required to participate in the final stage are allowed to participate in the final stage of the Olympiad if they performed at least in grade 9 at the previous stages of the Olympiad. This fact should be confirmed by the final results of the regional stage of the corresponding subject of the Russian Federation.

REGIONAL STUDENT OLYMPIAD 2019
Location
The venue for the Regional Student Olympiad will be the Vozdvyzhenskoye Park Hotel. Park-hotel "Vozdvyzhenskoye" is a great opportunity to feel the new quality of rest. Participants
Students are invited to the Olympics who, on December 31, 2019, have already turned 9 years old, but have not yet turned 18. Competitions are held in 2 age groups: 9-12 years old - the youngest, 13-17 years old - the oldest. Participants come to the Olympics accompanied by group leaders - 1 leader for every 8 children. Adults are also welcome as judges and guests.

Dear colleagues!
Please plan your arrival in Moscow and departure from Moscow taking into account the following information:
The judging of all works in the category "PHOTOS" will be held in absentia, before the start of the Olympiad. For this, works, drawn up in strict accordance with the requirements of the regulation, must be sent by courier service or personally transferred to the International School of Tomorrow.
The cost
Registration fee:
from school - 13,000 rubles;
for small teams (up to 10 people) and remote regions (over 1500 km from Moscow) - 9000 rubles.
Participant's fee: 18000 rubles.
Group leader (based on 1 leader for 8 children):
Supervisor for the first eight children - FREE
Second, third and subsequent leaders - 10,000 rubles.
Guest - RUB 18,000
Payment is due until January 25, 2020, with a later payment, the cost increases by 10%.
The cost of participation and registration fee includes payment for meals and accommodation for 6 days; work of the organizing committee and the referee team, rental of premises, medals, prizes, gifts and certificates.
Transfer (from the building of the International School to Voronovo and back) and individual transfers are paid separately.
Application
To participate in the Olympiad, your school needs to submit an application for participation, after which the necessary registration forms will be sent to you.
